Previous LARA programme awards will be replaced by three categories: LARA – Best International Computer Game, LARA – Best International Console Game and LARA – Best International Mobile Game.
LARA of Honour
In addition to these LARA Awards, a LARA of Honour will also be presented to a national or international personality who has had an influential effect on the history of computer or video games. This year, this special award will be presented by the Minister of State Bernd Neumann. The selection of the winner is the responsibility of the editorial staff of GamesMarkt together with the German Federal Representative for Cultural and Media Affairs (BKM).
