Conditions of Attendance:
- The attendance fee for LARA – The German Games Awards on 30 June 2010 is 350.00 EUR.
- After submitting your registration, you will receive confirmation by mail. Your bill and tickets will arrive approximately three weeks before the event.
- The attendance fee must be paid immediately upon receipt of the bill.
- The number of tickets is limited. Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis.
- The fee includes attendance at LARA – The Games Summit and LARA – The German Games Awards including formal dinner.
- Cancellations may only be made in writing. Cancellations are free up to two weeks before the event. Until one week before the event, an administrative fee of 50 percent will be charged. Thereafter and in the case of non-attendance, a 100 percent cancellation fee will apply. Replacement attendees will be accepted free of charge until 23 June.
- The organiser reserves the right to change the date of the Games events or the programme of events. Upon cancellation of the event, any money paid will be refunded. Attendees are not entitled to any further claims.
- The liability of MBA towards attendees during the event is limited to intentional and gross negligence. No liability is accepted for loss of valuables or items left in the cloakroom.
- Prices are exclusive of 19% VAT.
- It is not possible to pay for LARA – The Games Summit and LARA – The German Games Awards in installments.
